Access Robinson

We believe that patients should have a choice as to where they receive healthcare. That is why we created Robinson Memorial Hospital’s Access Program. With this program, Robinson Imaging Centers at Kent or Streetsboro can be a healthcare option to people who may be directed to other facilities because of their insurance coverage. Access Robinson permits eligible patients with out-of-network benefits to receive imaging services at Robinson Imaging Centers at Kent or Streetsboro, even if we are not one of your in-network facilitites – with all out-of-network penalties waived. Your financial responsibility is the same as if you received your care from an in-network provider, and you will only be responsible for your in-network deductible, co-payment or coinsurance.

If you would like to come to Robinson Imaging Center at Kent or Streetsboro for your diagnostic services and you have an out-of-network benefit through your insurance plan, ask your physician about Access Robinson. For more information about Access Robinson, call (330) 297-2921.

Our Kent facility is conveniently located at 401 Devon Place in the Kent Medical Arts Building. Robinson Imaging Center at Kent is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

Our Streetsboro facility is conveniently located at 9318 State Route 14 in the Robinson Health Center at Streetsboro. Robinson Imaging Center at Streetsboro is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

We accept most insurance plans, and will work with your physician’s office to handle all or the 5 precertification details. We also can usually provide same day or next day scheduling for your convenience.
